Eva’s Restaurant & Bar is located on the Mezzanine Level at Pullman Melbourne City Centre in the heart of Melbourne CBD, moments from Bourke Street Mall. A chic industrial interior design pays homage to the mid-century movement, with rich terracotta and deep autumn greens evocative of a bygone era, flowing throughout the venue. Gold trims, mood lighting and textured surfaces are a nod to our founders, Eva and Les Erdi’s legacy of absolute quality and an understanding of what it means to provide exceptional hospitality. Eva’s Restaurant and Bar can be hired exclusively for your event or celebration, with capacity up to 100 guests in cocktail style, or in sections for smaller dining groups. Unlike other venues, we include a 75inch TV, ceiling speakers and option to plug in your music.

Adorned in artwork by local acclaimed artist - Lisa King, Blossom Rooftop Bar is hirable exclusively or in sections in both indoor undercover and outdoor terrace areas. Enjoy uninterrupted 270-degree views of the city skyline from a wraparound terrace with glass paneling. Blossom Rooftop Bar offers a great variety of food and beverage options, including woodfired pizzas, canapes and grazing plates. Take exclusive use of the space and accommodate up to 120 guests cocktail style, 90 guests sit down or use in a variety of seating arrangements. For smaller meetings, the Conservatory space within Elevate Club Lounge is ideal for full and half day meetings up to 30 guests, and with packages from $75 per person. The Academy Room is a new meetings and events space, conveniently located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on Level 1 of the Mercure Welcome Melbourne. Versatility is a key feature of the Academy Room, which can be set in classroom, boardroom, theatre, banquet and cocktail configurations. The room can be divided into two separate spaces with a sound proofed operable wall. The Academy Room offers natural light, and is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, including large in-built screens and audio throughout the space.
