A well appointed and friendly Hotel. Staff were very welcoming and also accommodated requests if they could and gave alternatives to requests that couldn't be done. The food was great value and breakfast buffet was very well set up. The coffee machine was on the blink but they made us proper Cafe coffee without skipping a beat. The hostess actually spoke to guests and was always ensuring that everything ran smoothly with her very competent and willing team.We will be back
Splashed out for a girls weekend. 3 triple rooms and we had the very best time from the beginning to the very last minute of our stay. Wow wow wow .. the decor was super exciting, our sleep in perfectly crisp fresh sheets.. many swims in the pool and a sauna. Absolutely worth the every $. Close to everything. Melbourne W - thank you!!

Everyone was so professional..I was there for the Magic 🎩 show & What can I say, I have travelled to places far and wide but Nothing comes even remotely close to what we Witnessed....IMPOSSIBLE OCCURRENCES was simply Mind Blowing. I booked an Executive Suite for 4 nights with my grandson. I phoned ahead and gave his details, but when he tried to use the Executive Lounge he was refused, even though the booking included “Executive” privileges. When he checked in, I spent far too much time on the phone because the hotel had no record that we had booked an Executive Suite. Staff assumed he was relying on my membership benefits, which was incorrect and frustrating. The suite itself was underwhelming. In the middle of a cold Melbourne winter, there was no proper heating — only a small, outdated portable unit. To make matters worse, the main pool wasn’t heated at all, with only the spa available. This is far from what you expect at a 5-star property. Billing was also mishandled. My grandson was told twice that nothing was owing, yet the next morning he was presented with a $600 charge. Management eventually applied a 10% discount as a “gesture of goodwill,” but this did little to address the confusion, wasted time, and lack of professionalism. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations and felt more like a 3-star stay. I would not recommend
