Megan and the team at Aloft Perth are absolutely incredible. I have never had a bad stay here over many years and visits. They always make our stays feel special. If your after a great location, fair price, easy parking and good customer service I cant recommend this hotel enough.

Great experience. Seamless check-in by friendly staff. Modern design and room. Was greeted on arrival with an upgrade thanks to Marriott Bonvoy membership. Lovely hand written note from the team, welcome drink at the bar and chocolates waiting for us in the room. Thanks for making our stay comfortable!

Best Buffet Breskfast….We stayed in a studio room which was modern and spacious, sadly no bath… I dislike the room lights, all on or all off, lol… We stay regularly in all top end hotels in Perth 9-10 times a year… This hotel was surprisingly the absolute best buffet breakfast from any hotel we have stayed in Perth, seriously brilliant breakfast…. I don’t care about having my omelette or eggs cooks the food was exceptional, well done chefs on variety and cooked perfectly… Staff all very professional and friendly… Good gym only negatives no green tea in rooms and the pool area, would be nice if in the sun… We highly recommend a reasonably priced, modern hotel with excellent breakfast and staff…. We will certainly stay here more often from now on, especially over the winter months….

I attended Aloft Perth for a work event and had an extremely frustrating experience when trying to leave the Wilson car park. Before returning to my vehicle, I had my parking ticket validated and paid for at the hotel reception. I was advised that the parking fee was $13 and left reception with every expectation that I would be able to exit the car park without issue. However, when I reached the exit gate, the validated ticket would not work. I inserted both tickets multiple times and the machine repeatedly rejected them, eventually spitting them onto the ground. I noticed there were numerous other rejected tickets scattered around the machine, suggesting this may not have been an isolated issue. One ticket I picked up and tested was recognised by the machine, but showed a charge of $95, which I immediately cancelled. I then pressed the assistance button and waited several minutes with no response. With a queue of cars building behind me, I carefully reversed out and returned to the hotel reception for assistance. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing the hotel could do and that I simply needed to wait for Wilson Parking. I returned to the exit gate, tried again, and once again received no response through the intercom. After another trip back to reception and more waiting, someone finally answered approximately 10 minutes later via the payment machine. Despite me explaining that the ticket had already been validated and paid for at reception, I was told that I “needed to keep my ticket,” which completely overlooked the fact that I had the ticket and it was the system that was failing. Eventually, I was directed to drive back to the gate where the operator remotely opened it. The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the complete lack of support when the parking system failed. It is difficult to understand why a venue that validates and accepts payment for parking cannot provide any form of emergency override or practical assistance when patrons are effectively trapped in the car park due to a malfunctioning system. The event itself was excellent, but the parking experience and lack of support from both Wilson Parking and Aloft hotel left a very poor final impression of the venue.

Quick stay at this location, but would highly recommend it to others. Location is a quick $15 uber from downtown/ the quay, and has easy access to paths along the river. Breakfast was generous and had a lot of variety, and big windows in the room. Highlight for us was the staff - Dallas was there for our check in and check out and was so helpful with recommendations and tips. Would stay here again when coming in and out of Perth
