The service in hotel is excellent....the Australian courtesy. Room is spacious but partition are thin and we we can hear the noise from neighbours room. ( So bad for privacy😉) But in general I had a pleasant stay there. Thank you to the staff. Facilities like free bicycle is available also a small but cozy fitness room.

Stayed at this hotel last week. Pluses: 1. The staff were very friendly and amazing! Keep it up 2. The hotel is 10 mins away from Kings Park 3. It is conveniently located opposite the Arena 4. The rooms are clean Minuses: 1. The iron needs some cleaning. My poor white shirt :( 2. The rooms is a bit dated 3. Gym only operates 6am-10pm - not ideal if you wake up and follow East Coast timings.

Best value for money in the CBD at this time. We used to stay at Double Tree Northbridge or the Alex. This is now our new go too. Great Breakfast and staff. Sheena cannot do enough for you the excellent buffet breakfast. Stayed with my wife and two children 11 years. Kids room was a bonus. We had dinner at the restaurant, great food and drinks.

Pros: - all you can eat breakfast bar with lots of variety and well cooked and kept warm. Also includes use of coffee machine and a hot water canister, variety of juices. Lots of different teas and hot chocolate. - unlimited free water - 24/7 room service - free make yourself unlimited tea/coffee - staff are all very lovely - good location - valet driveway make it easy to catch ubers/taxis - near yellow cat (free city bus) Cons: - broken mattress - fridge freezes contents - wifi constantly dropping out - aircon doesnt work - pillows sink and smother you if your a side sleeper - beds roll around too easily - can hear neighbouring rooms talking The hotel could do with providing rooms with bowls/plates and cutlery, a microwave. Functional fridge and freezer.

The stay was pleasant. However, after checkout, the account department didn't even know how to release my bond properly so I still have thousands of dollars sitting there pending which is pointless and useless to me. I travel a lot, this is the first time ever in my life that the hotel does not know how to release the bond properly. Very frustrating.
