The rooms at this Ibis are great. They are clean, modern, and comfortable. I've stayed here twice and both experiences were consistent. The location is excellent and within walking distance of almost everything you would need. The only minor issue I experienced here is with reception at check in. I arrived early morning after a 32 hour journey. I of course understood that my room was not going to be available at 7:00am. The staff helpfully agreed to hold my bags. After a few hours out about I returned to wait in the lobby for a couple more hours. My 2pm check-in time arrived, and my room was still not ready. This was quite disappointing. They told me to have a seat and they'd let me know. Then more people began arriving to check in and they were provided rooms ahead of me. So I got back in line and was finally given a room. While it may have been a harmless mistake, it isn't ideal after a long journey of travelling overseas.

Good location, walking distance to the CBD, Art Gallery and convention centre etc.. A bit of strange smell in the corridor & inside the room. The window can’t be opened. Room is ok with basic facilities. Staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast is ok, with bread, croissants, hot food, fruit, tea & coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Perth. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of almost everything that matters, including the train station, Kings Park, Northbridge, the museum, and many restaurants and shops. Getting around the city was easy, and I hardly needed any transportation. Despite being so close to the main attractions, the hotel still offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere when you need a break from the busy city. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calmness. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Perth.

Very nice, clean and well looked after hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Room service menu has a varied choice of food and was delivered hot and fresh. We will definitely be back soon.

My second stay because the first was so good. Didn't disappoint. Super clean, has everything you could need for a short stay, even a handy laundry and gym. Great value for a property that ticks all the boxes. All staff are helpful. I love enjoy the views and the convenience of access to everything the city has to offer.
