Things available as of 3 Jan 2026: ✅Hairdryer which is decently strong ✅Kettle ✅Mini fridge ✅Shampoo and body wash (no conditioner) ✅Iron and ironing board Does NOT have: ⛔Safe Additional notes: - Towels get changed daily ✅Service quality was good Decently shortbwalking distance to the train station + has amenities in the area Room was abit small in my opinion and facilities were not mind blowing, but all in all ok. Notes: - Do not bring a power adapter that is too large, it gets in the way of the switch itself and sometimes turns it off if you push the too-large adapter in all the way

Potential Safety hazard I booked a one-night stay at ibis Perth. Check-in was smooth and the room was tidy. However, there was a serious issue with the bathroom door. After finishing my shower, I tried to open the shower/bathroom door and couldn’t — the door handle was completely stuck. I hadn’t locked the door at any point. Luckily, I had my phone with me in the bathroom; otherwise, I could have been trapped for an unknown length of time, as there is no phone or emergency facility in the bathroom. I called reception and a staff member came promptly. He let me out, then closed the door from the inside to test it — and he also couldn’t open it. I had to use a spoon from outside to turn the lock and let him out. He apologised and mentioned that “all the doors in the hotel are like that,” which was quite concerning. I’m not sure whether he meant they are all old or that they all have the potential to get stuck. This is a very serious safety issue. If an elderly guest, a child, or someone without a phone were trapped inside, it could be extremely dangerous. Despite this, I was not offered another room or any form of compensation, and I had to stay in the same room for the night. The staff member did apologise twice, which I appreciate, but given the severity of the issue, I feel it should be taken much more seriously. I’m sharing my experience so other guests can decide whether this level of safety and service is acceptable to them.

We selected iBis Perth on Murray Street because it is so central. Walking distance from / to the Train Station and Busport (via the grand underground walkway link). Catch train to Fremantle (the Market and streets). Catch the free CAT bus-lines to see the city. Short walk to the Malls street of Murray and Hay, and to George Terrace. We could walk to Hertz Murray Street to collect the rental car. We could park at the Wilsons facility in the next street - very convenient We stayed three nights, so booked the larger room with separate bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Ideal for a bit of self-catering (but please add dishcloth etc. ! ). The rooms are large and spacious, very neat and clean. TV worked well, with Chromecast so that we could watch our own BritBox from the iPhone! We used the Laundry facility ($5 for the Washing Machine and $5 for the dryer). The Restaurant downstairs was great - we had a few beers there, on the sidewalk - great atmosphere. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly! Thank you. I have been a member of ALL / Accor for some 20 years, and have stayed in Accor hotels worldwide!

hi , we stayed in room 220, on the 19th Nov 25 early morning at 2am, we checked into this room. Service for the hotel is fine but this room is no good, the aircon is not working , the centralize aircon only blow alone the corridor and not into the room,so maybe we should have open the room and sleep overnight , the room was very hot like tropica country and very humid due to the flooding in the bath room , we were given a fan after the receptionist came twice to check the aircon system , we were told to turn on and off but apparently to reach 18 or even 20 degree is impossible, the turn on and off was not working ... while we are checking the aircon, I found out the inlet service air louver were extremely dirty, the dust can be accumulate to become a soft pillow. my son was coughing none stop throughout the night, so in case u are having sensitive nose or back drip, kindly avoid this room 220. The toilet bathing area glass door cannot prevent the water from flowing out. those rubber or silicon around the side doors does not prevent the water from leaking out from the crevices, so every time you bath, u will flood the whole toilet, we have used 4 toilet floor towels to block the water , but to no avail. ibis standard should be good but this business hotel room does not meet the standard. after two days of heat and water survival, we checked out. even the air outside the ibis is cooler and fresher. I was told the rooms were newly renovated and yet we become the guinea pig to test out the function of the room. the wireless charging of alarm clock also not working. fyi. hope the hotel manager can improve as this is the first time I encounter such room. anyway free tropical beach feeling inside this room.

For the price that we paid, the room was well worth it. Only the vents need to be cleaned but other than that everything was in order. Service from the staff were excellent and they were super nice to my daughter as well. Love that they have the luggage storing service in case guests want to have a walk around before checking in or after checkout.
