From the seamless check-in to the complimentary upgrade to a higher-floor room with a breathtaking view, my stay could not have been more comfortable. The housekeeping team’s attention to detail ensured the room was impeccably clean every day. The pool area was a delight, made even more memorable by the excellent service. The sumptuous breakfast spread exceeded my expectations and was consistently impressive each morning. I would also highly recommend the rooftop Horizon Sky Dining restaurant—the dinner buffet there was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of my stay.

We recently spent 4 nights at the resort. Overall, the experience was pleasant, the staff were mostly friendly, and the food was amazing. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and to Broadbeach. The main thing we noticed was that the TV options were extremely limited. We ended up having to watch it on our laptop. Obviously its not the main concern, but when you have downtime in the room, its nice to relax and be able to watch something. The seafood buffet at Horizon was wealth worth it, the quality of selections was fantastic as was the view. This I would highly recommend. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel. 10 stars for that.

Arrived at the hotel around 4pm. I was greeted by a lady at reception named Scarlett. Very professional with great customer service skills. She noticed I have two younger kids and decided to upgrade our room and moved us to L19 from L15. The kids loved the ocean view room. Doubled queen size bed was perfect.. Breakfast buffet was marvellous. Plenty to choose from. Can’t thank Scarlett enough for looking after us. The family thank you..

We had an excellent stay with incredible service from the friendly staff. Even though we checked in very late (1 am), the receptionist was polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. ​The highlight of our stay was the amazing Housekeeping Manager. She found out it was my daughter's birthday and coordinated with the Chef and Manager to prepare a special cake for her! The room was cleaned perfectly, and we loved every part of our experience. I will definitely recommend.
