Very convenient to everything on the Sunny Coast. Very clean and great food at the bistro. All staff helped us feel very welcome. Only 2 issues I had with the room, no towels were in my room and when I realized it was to late at night so had to dry with the hand towel and then the TV only had Chanel 10 and no other Chanels.

All staff very pleasing and welcoming to deal with. Rooms were clean, comfortable and fresh. Tea/coffee and electric jug also a single serve packet of Rice Bubbles, coco pops and wheel bix in the room. Plates and cutlery. The pool was clean and great to relax around. Great menu selection in hotel restaurant. They have $18 senior meals. We would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean, aircon on when we arrived so the room was lovely and cool. Bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the bistro on our last night and the food was excellent. 2 minute drive to shops and Maccas for that all important latte at 5am. Would definitely stay again.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Currimundi Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed to have a problem with everything. Customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. The bistro was also a let-down. Tables were left dirty for long periods, and even when they were eventually cleared, they often weren't wiped down properly before the next guests were seated. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the food itself was well below the standard I expected. What concerned me most was the children's play area. The main gate and the side gate had been pinned open, allowing children unrestricted access towards the car park. This appeared to create an unnecessary safety risk, and it was disappointing to see something so important overlooked. Overall, poor customer service, below-average food, lack of cleanliness, and concerning s3rdafety practices made this a very disappointing visit. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Food intolerance catering felt performative. Booking a reservation last night I was excited to see an option to mark food intolerances on the booking. The menu had LD markings on items that didn't have dairy in the ingredients (I was informed that Low Dairy was chosen over No Dairy to honour the fact that cross contamination may still be present) While ordering I asked the waitress to check about the calamari that could be added to a steak was dairy free (low dairy) as it was not marked. I was informed it was, although there was a hiccup where she said it was low gluten before correcting herself to say low dairy when reporting back to me. I ordered through the app and chose red wine jus as the sauce as it was the only one marked Low Dairy, I also ticked the Dairy Intolerance option in the allergy drop down while ordering that meal. When the meal came out a different staff member mumbled something about dairy and the sauce, I had to ask her to repeat herself three times to distinguish if she was saying the sauce was dairy free or if there was dairy in the sauce. I'm glad I asked so many times, turns out despite everything yes the red wine jus includes dairy and was plated up on a meal marked no dairy. Why this decision was made still baffles me, as they were obviously aware when handing me my meal that maybe I should be informed of the dairy. Infact I think it was decided to put in the ramekin instead of poured over the steak because of this awareness. I was sceptical some might have been split from the ramekin to the rest of the plate, but after inspection I determined it looked spill free and was probably safer to eat than to send back to the kitchen. After a few back and forths I eventually spoke to the manager who apologised and offered a free drink as compensation. I sat down to eat my now cold and sauceless steak with my family who have been locals of the pub for over 35 years.
