With the option to decorate the space as needed and bring in your own entertainment, exclusively hiring the venue provides you with the freedom to make the space your own. Our specially designed event menu creates ease and with the assistance of our events team, your dream event will be no less than a reality. Available Monday -Thursday only. Please note we do not offer exclusive hire on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights Up to 250 guests. Fully staffed with floor and bar staff to take care of your guests. 1 hour bump in option available. Minimum spend on food & beverage applies depending on size of group.

Beautiful fine dining restaurant with great service, perfect ambience and amazing food and drinks. The pavlova cocktail was the highlight literally tasted like a liquid lollie so sweet and delicious! The chicken Baharat and barramundi were both cooked beautifully and perfect sizes. Amazing experience here, the only downer was I’d read in the reviews that it was free parking when dining at the restaurant although they’d recently changed/ cancelled this a few weeks ago so got hit with a hefty parking charge upon leaving.

I had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Hyde Paradiso! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and vibe were spot on—very chic and Mediterranean, with a stunning view of the Surfers Paradise beach that really sets the mood. The customer service was a standout; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure our night ran smoothly. As for the food—it was excellent. Every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. It’s easily one of the best dining spots on the Coast if you want great food paired with an unbeatable view. Highly recommend for a special night out!

Had dinner at Hyde Paradiso with my partner and it was fantastic. The tuna ceviche was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the chicken baharat was packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. Every dish impressed us. The service was warm and attentive, and the beach view made the whole experience even more special. Such a beautiful spot, we’d definitely come back.

I had an amazing birthday here! The staff were so welcoming and hospitable, they where able to provide a space for my sign and balloons. The food was delicious, and the ambience was perfect. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
