My main reason for staying was to celebrate early my Son's 21st birthday and we were over the moon to see a bottle of fizz left for us to celebrate this. It was much appreciated. The location is excellent and our suite was brilliant, fantastic view and very clean. The pool was great and the buffet breakfast had lots of choices.

Good location close to the trams and very nice restaurants. Room was disappointing very dated and the room I had chosen via their Website did not match the photo and had an interconnecting door ! The room had a weird smell too. Smelt like a Veterinary clinic...😆 We could hear the person in the next room opening a can of drink. This was disappointing for the price you pay 😕 these doors need to be better insulated. I mentioned my concern to front desk and Jordan was very helpful and organised another room for us for our next night's stay with a small additional fee. This room was nice but still dated and still with a interconnecting door ! Luckily the bed was on the other side of the room so no noise issue. This room matched the photo of the room I had booked with the exception of a spa bath. The bedding was different too which I thought was odd. I've never encountered different bedding before no matter what room I've chosen the bedding is always the same. Beds were comfortable and good pillows. No bathroom amenities toothbrush, comb shower cap etc. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash and body cream is supplied and smells very nice. Breakfast was ok, good variety but no "egg station" so couldn't have eggs your way. No chef standing by to take orders. Something else I've never experienced before at a high end establishment. Fine for me but not everyone wants scrambled eggs ! Pool area is lovely and relaxing. Lobby is inviting and smells nice. Would I stay at Legends again, not likely but would try the others under the Mantra umbrella on my next stay on the Gold Coast. Big thank you to Jordan 10/10 on service and to Sara as well.

Our stay was really good. Room 209 amazing for young kids,with no immediate balcony was great. Pool area Is really relaxing. Breakfast had everything you needed and more. Shout out to Nola who was super efficient and very kind to the young children, in the restaurant. Reception staff were all super accomadating. Really short walk to Cavill Ave and even shorter to the beach.

Had a great stay.Rooms are large and clean, Has a little balcony which is great to sit and look out .I had a view of the ocean. I was on the 14th Floor . Pool was good and the bar and seating area was nice. Reception very helpful .

This hotel experience has been my most disappointing by far. During my hotel search, I was looking specifically for a room with a full ocean view and a balcony to share with my partner for a special occasion which is why I booked the room pictured on website. Instead, we received a partial ocean view and no balcony. (Our “full ocean view” room faced southwest, not east. You can only see the ocean if you stand in the bay window.) When I went downstairs to talk to reception, they checked with management but they were sold out so I was told “there is nothing they can do” and it’s only “based on availability”. When I looked back at my reservation, I had the full ocean view in text but the balcony was only shown in photos which is very misleading as there is nothing that said “based on availability”. The room was NOTHING like the photos. Mantra posted the ultimate bait and switch. As this was a non-refundable room, we were forced to stay, however, if we had a choice, we would have left. On top of all of that, the room was in poor shape. Fixtures were falling off the walls, hair dryers were falling apart, stains on the carpet, partial drywall repair without paint and the air con never got cold. As someone who books corporate room blocks for a living, I will be avoiding booking any Mantra property in the future. There are lots of hotels for the same price in the area for a MUCH better experience. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. And to Management, it’s clear by your comments that you do not read or care about the negative reviews so please do not bother.
