Our stay was wonderful! We were thrilled to be given an amazing sea-facing room on one of the higher floors—the view was simply stunning. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of options, making it a perfect start to our mornings. We also want to specifically acknowledge Liam Campbell, Assistant Manager, whose service was truly exceptional. He was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful, assisting us with questions about the amenities and providing wonderful local recommendations for lunch, paying close attention to our preferences. He truly made our experience memorable. As a fellow Accor employee, I recognize and appreciate his dedication and commitment to outstanding hospitality.

The place is very nice, its close to the beach as well. With regards to the service and foods, It's superb! During our breakfast, there's this Barista named Dani, she is very polite and kind to us. So good to stay here! Feeling satisfied with everything.

The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely showing its age. The doors all need to be jiggled to open and the lift often takes a while to recognise the keycard. There are no washing machines which is fine, but having no clothes horses or line, other than the one in the damp bathroom, to dry towels etc on is a bit tricky, especially since they are 20 seconds from the beach. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, so many options, and my daughter loved the self-serve pancake machine with maple syrup.

The view was good and the staff were really friendly but the room itself was below average. Room was very old and in need of general maintenance, shower head falling apart, cupboard hinges almost falling off, lots of staining on carpets, dirty headboards, staining on the first couple towels we had, only one face washer but two people ect. Also booked specifically for the pool and gym but both were unavailable for my stay without any prior communications. If this had of been communicated I would have changed hotels as that is the only reason we chose this hotel. Definitely wouldn’t book again.

Mantra on View Hotel is an ideal place for someone who is looking for somewhere which is in a great location and only needs the hotel to sleep at night. The location couldn't be better. However, this hotel isn't perfect. First of all, there was advertised that there was a spa but it was under 'maintenance', making it really boring while staying in the hotel. Room service was unpredictable, and was sometimes done sloppy and rushed or completely missed. The rooms themselves were pretty good despite hot having a kitchen. However, the glass of the shower was to small, hence after anyone took a shower, the whole bathroom would get absolutely soaked. The balcony could've been bigger. The location is amazing as it is close to the beach and all the restaurants, but it is right next to some noisy neighbours who sometimes make it a bit difficult at night to sleep. The 'view' on this hotel is definitely 3 stars, as my room was facing down on the spa, the one that needed 'maintenance' and they weren't even doing anything there. We could still slightly see the beach and the 'slingshot' which was very cool to see at night. I would recommend this hotel.
