Had a terrific stay here for one night in July, 2026. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was amazing - incredible view, large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy. Room has everything we needed. Location was amazing - right in the middle of restaurants, bars, shopping, beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Peppers Soul during the Airshow, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Prior to our arrival, the team proactively contacted us with detailed information regarding parking arrangements and access changes due to the road closures associated with the event. This level of communication made our arrival stress-free and demonstrated their commitment to guest service. The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities throughout the property were also exceptionally clean and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking balcony view during the Airshow. Having a front-row seat to watch the aircraft displays from the comfort of our room was an unforgettable experience and exceeded all expectations. A huge thank you to the staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and attention to detail. We highly recommend Peppers Soul and look forward to returning in the future.

I have to be honest here, before arriving at Peppers Soul I was getting a little nervous about our stay because of reviews I was reading online…Im so glad I ignored them and continued with our booking! I feel bad because i feel like those who have had a negative experience are more apt to fill out a review and those of us who had amazing experiences aren’t. I truly can’t list one negative thing about our entire stay. Check-in: we arrived early and our room was ready. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. On arrival to our room, a staff member came with a complimentary bottle of wine and adorable box of chocolates to welcome us. Room: we stayed in room 5505. Just wow!!!! It was a three bedroom, 2 bath suite facing the north so we had complete views of the ocean as well as the mountains. Very clean and the furniture was not outdated. Kitchen was well stocked and there was a washer and dryer which was supplied with laundry detergent which we greatly appreciated so we could freshen up our clothes before moving on with our holiday. Housekeeping: so sweet!! We were there for 4 nights so you don’t get a FULL refresh which basically means they don’t clean your floors. They still came everyday and empty the rubbish bins, made the beds, cleaned the bathroom and left fresh towels. I noticed complaints about them coming later in the afternoon. Well of course they do because with such a huge building and needing to be ready for the new guests checking in, they need to get to those rooms first. They were to us every day by 3pm. We called downstairs the first day asking for some more face clothes and they were brought up to us within 5 minutes. Elevators: I noticed complaints about long waits for the elevators. Yes, there are 3 for the higher floors but we never waited longer than a minute. The only time we requested an elevator and someone was on it and we couldn’t fit was when we were checking out because it was check out time and everyone else was as well. We just hit the button again and another elevator came within 45 seconds. Pool Area: GORGEOUS!!!! They have both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We only went to the outdoor pool though and it was incredible! You are looking right at the ocean! I guess the one negative was that we tried to order cocktails from the pool bar but the very nice girl said that they hadn’t received their shipment so we were basically limited to beer and a small selection of wine. Location, location, location: THE BEST IN SURFERS!!! You truly can’t beat this location. Beach RIGHT there, shops, restaurants, the tram a short walk. Thank you Peppers Soul for an incredible holiday! We will most definitely be back!

Skyview 3 Bedroom apartment. Don't waste your money. Daughters 16th promised balloons were not there on arrival. Washing machine full of mould didn't rinse clothes. Dryer not even working and leaking. Carpets are very old and dated and mould in the shower. Shower head hand held kept falling maintenance has to fix it. One toilet roll for three people. Valentina restaurant is the only decent thing in this hotel apart from location. Breakfast is ok / average. This room requires a very large update. Not that clean. What a shame months of planning and saving and very disappointed. Car park under ground is a maze. Most definitely cancelling membership with Accor. Massive let down. No water in the fridge no detergent for dishes. Nothing appealing about staying in this dated mould infested room don't waste your money. Bed full of lumps can't even sleep!

Just arrived home from 5 nights here with my family of 5. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was excellent. Setup worked well, full kitchen and laundry, balcony a nice addition. It’s located right on the beachfront with stellar views. Restaurants and fast food right there, we enjoyed evening strolls on the beach front and down the shopping strip. Highly recommend.
