We recently dined at Springlake Hotel, celebrating our anniversary. I found the booths really private and intimate for our special dinner.. the mood lighting in the restaurant help set that romantic atmosphere, oh and the smoker beast board was to die for! The new menu and daily specials look great. Thank you to all the staff that looked after us, and made our night perfect! A special mention to Chevy who made the best Mojito ❤️

To celebrate our anniversary we decided to go as a family to eat at Springlake Hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like royalty. The food was amazing, the Scallops were out of this world, so delicious and really leave you wanting more. The lamb cooked to perfection with so much love and flavour, the chicken was amazing and tender, the steak cooked perfect. Pasta was really delicious. Great Big Thank you to the chef and kitchen staff, all the work and love you put into making the food really shows with every bite and every dish. Oh and when I said we were treated like royalty, that was no exaggeration, the chef made a special dessert board for us and personally came to greet us. Thank you.

I recently had dinner at The Lakes and had the pleasure of trying the Mushroom Ragu prepared by Chef Reemal. It was honestly one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in a long time. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the mushroom ragu was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The quality, presentation, and taste were outstanding. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting The Lakes, and I’ll definitely be coming back for it again. Thank you, Chef Reemal, for such a memorable dining experience!
