Mercure Parramatta is easily one of the most enjoyable hotels I’ve stayed at. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by an impressive lobby complete with a stunning indoor waterfall. It gives the whole place a calm, relaxing vibe and sets the tone for the rest of your stay. The atmosphere feels welcoming, modern, and clean, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything you need. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The beds are super cosy, the bathrooms are spotless, and the overall setup makes it easy to relax whether you’re staying for one night or a longer trip. Housekeeping does a great job and everything feels fresh and organised.One of the biggest highlights is the outdoor swimming pool—it’s large, clean, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun with family or friends. There are plenty of spots to sit around the pool, and it’s a great place to unwind after a long day. On top of that, the hotel has a full tennis court, which is an awesome bonus for anyone who likes to stay active or just wants to play casually for fun.The location is another strong point. Mercure Parramatta is close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it super convenient for exploring the area or getting wherever you need to go. While the rooms are nice and spacious they could do with a bit of a refurb. Otherwise our stay here was very pleasant. We stayed for a concert and they organised a shuttle bus which was awesome. Buffet breakfast was great and lots of choices. Would recommend.

Bed was sooooooo comfy. Loved the spa bath.. This was a work trip and the best things was coming back at the end of each day to this apartment. Staff were pleasant.. Location for our event was perfect. Woolies, tavern, fast food right across the road.

Loved my stay, fast room service with a delicious meal, fresh clean room, loved the showers gels & hand wash etc. upon my arrival, a very professional & friendly receptionist. I love that Mecure took the time to decorate the foyer with the Halloween theme at Halloween time, so cute. Thank you Mecure will definitely stay again.

Good location, easy public transport close by. It was busy check in as there was an event on and staff did their best, despite the business. The beds were comfortable and clean but everything else is in major need of a refresh. Everything looked dirty, stained, rusted, leaking etc. It needs some major deep cleaning
