Stayed for two nights. Room was clean and comfortable, shower either scolding hot or cold. Breakfast didn’t open till 7 and was late both mornings, very basic range and poor service. If you wanted a coffee made go in search of someone then wait for the machine too be prepped. If you don’t like runny scrambled eggs that’s the end of any sort of egg choice, very poor. It did make up for the late opening as you were out very quickly. Location good but over all not a good hotel experience

This hotel is clearly in need of some light renovation, which is happening so the reviews should improve soon. The reception staff were great, and the breakfast was above average - fresh and tasty. At the rates I paid I would say this was good value for money. Once the renovations are done it will probably be a great place to stay.

Very dated, old and various things not working. Kettle, one button of the toilet and shower was hard to get right. Carpet is worn, marks, dirt etc. I’m aware that renovations will gradually occur. My friend Nik the room next door waited 2 hours for their room service meal and then when it came it was cold.

The toilet flush is not working, the air conditioning blows cold air, the controller on the wall doesn't work, and the buttons are broken. I had to speak to two people overnight to get a response and ended up going down to the reception. I finally spent the night in a freezing cold room. No room change option was offered last night as there was only one night manager on his own and the reception was unattended. This is one of the worst nights I have spent in any of Accor's hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great as well, which made it very easy to rest after a long day. The room had a good amount of space and included everything we needed for our stay. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room, which we appreciated. However, on the second day we found a vape and a clothing tag under the bed, which looked like it had been left from a previous guest. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location is also very convenient. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, and nearby you can find McDonald's, KFC and Woolworths. Behind the hotel, about one block away, there is also a tram station that takes you to Westfield Parramatta in only two tram stops. The pool and tennis court are nice amenities, although they could probably use a bit of renovation. Overall we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the location and service.
