We stayed over the weekend for a concert. The room was nice, but the air conditioning wasn't working, felt like a sauna. We called that night to get them to look at it, but they didn't even bother and just gave us one fan. We called again in the morning and a guy came up and did something, but the air con still wasn't great. For $800 for two nights, the least you'd expect is a room change. But no, we got a fan and were told to hope for the best. Now let's talk price. I was under the impression it was going to cost $716, but got there and was charged $782 with parking. You'd think paying that much you'd get free parking or breakfast, nope. Room was okay. TV was slanted. Gym was tiny. Great hotel if you're attending a concert at the stadium or Afterpay Arena, about a 10 minute drive. Apart from the air con not working, I'd say this was a great stay. There's a $300 deposit for cash or a $1 card hold. Room service is expensive. The snack bar at the front desk was overly priced, We paid 20 dollars for 4 cans of 350ml coke.

Stayed for two nights. Room was clean and comfortable, shower either scolding hot or cold. Breakfast didn’t open till 7 and was late both mornings, very basic range and poor service. If you wanted a coffee made go in search of someone then wait for the machine too be prepped. If you don’t like runny scrambled eggs that’s the end of any sort of egg choice, very poor. It did make up for the late opening as you were out very quickly. Location good but over all not a good hotel experience

The rooms were very good in my opinion, I didn't find them as aged as some people in the previous reviews (maybe I am used to the european hotels which are far from modern). The staff was nice and helpful. The shower was either ice cold or burning hot (there was no in between). While we appreciate that there is a self service laundry, the washing machine and the dryers look like they are from the 80s. The biggest problem was the breakfst. The selection was quite limited and during the week the breakfast is just until 9.30 (too early). The coffee provided at the self service machine was terible, yet they offer barista coffee for a fee. I found this to be a weird way of squeezing some extra money and I've never seen something like that in any other Accor branded hotel (where the breakfast is usually very good, and the coffee too).

This hotel is clearly in need of some light renovation, which is happening so the reviews should improve soon. The reception staff were great, and the breakfast was above average - fresh and tasty. At the rates I paid I would say this was good value for money. Once the renovations are done it will probably be a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great as well, which made it very easy to rest after a long day. The room had a good amount of space and included everything we needed for our stay. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room, which we appreciated. However, on the second day we found a vape and a clothing tag under the bed, which looked like it had been left from a previous guest. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location is also very convenient. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, and nearby you can find McDonald's, KFC and Woolworths. Behind the hotel, about one block away, there is also a tram station that takes you to Westfield Parramatta in only two tram stops. The pool and tennis court are nice amenities, although they could probably use a bit of renovation. Overall we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the location and service.
