We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with our experience. Although the hotel is a little older, it is very well maintained and feels clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and we all slept well. The breakfast was excellent, and the barista-made coffee was absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also really appreciated having a bathtub. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so relaxing to soak in a warm bath and unwind. It made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for helping make our family trip to Sydney such a wonderful experience. Our whole family agreed that this hotel deserves five stars, and we would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

pretty great value hotel! what I love the most is how spacious the room and the bathroom is. although I can tell that the hotel is quite old but the facilities are still pretty good. wifi is stable and fast, connection to the TV is good too. you can also refill water at designated water point available each floor. the only drawback is the location. it's a bit hidden and had to walk a bit from Town Hall station. but overall, really enjoyed my stay here and they even gave us a bottle of 🍷 for our anniversary!

We had a fantastic stay here. Unfortunately it was for only one night! The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Josh who we had on the front desk. We got an upgraded room which was huge with a nice view. The bed was comfortable and the welcome gift of an ice cold bottle of white wine was well received! Thanks for th great stay.

We have just stayed here for a long weekend to attend a show at the capitol theatre and it was a lovely stay. The staff were very professional, attentive and super friendly. The room was perfectly sized and beautifully cleaned. There were lovely little extras like water stations on each floor, a candy cart at the entrance when we came home after a long day, staff offering to take our luggage and lovely food when we ordered room service on our last night. We loved it here. Fantastic stay.
