Every stay has been comfortable and enjoyable thanks to her genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, we were granted an early check-in which was fantastic, the rooms were nice and the gym excellent. Unfortunately we had a poor experience at the buffet breakfast. We arrived at 9:45am and several food stations were empty or looked very un-appealing. Considering the price for the breakfast buffet the choices were not very rich. The staff were friendly and responsive, but at a busy time it was difficult to refill things and serve customers between only the two of them.

Fantastic hotel experience from start to finish. As a Platinum member of Accor, I received exceptional service throughout my stay. I visited for the Lady Gaga concert back in December 2025, and the hotel made the trip even more memorable. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and the room was clean and well-maintained. They kindly provided a complimentary bottle of wine with a cheese platter, which was a lovely touch. The free breakfast the following morning was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were fantastic—polite, professional, and very attentive at all times. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

My children and I stayed here last weekend for the Ed Sheeran concert. The staff member who checked us in was genuinely lovely and shared our excitement around the concert. The staff had little gift bags made up to share with guests to add the vibe of the concert, which my kids loved. The best thing about our stay was that every staff member we interacted with was so kind and helpful, that makes a big difference! We stayed in an executive suite and the beds were insanely comfortable. We would definitely come back :)
