Koey Tsui, the Assistant Manager, is absolutely amazing. She is always warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Every stay has been comfortable and enjoyable thanks to her genuine hospitality and attention to detail. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience, and her dedication truly stands out. It's because of her exceptional service that I keep coming back to this hotel rather than staying elsewhere. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, we were granted an early check-in which was fantastic, the rooms were nice and the gym excellent. Unfortunately we had a poor experience at the buffet breakfast. We arrived at 9:45am and several food stations were empty or looked very un-appealing. Considering the price for the breakfast buffet the choices were not very rich. The staff were friendly and responsive, but at a busy time it was difficult to refill things and serve customers between only the two of them.

Fantastic hotel experience from start to finish. As a Platinum member of Accor, I received exceptional service throughout my stay. I visited for the Lady Gaga concert back in December 2025, and the hotel made the trip even more memorable. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and the room was clean and well-maintained. They kindly provided a complimentary bottle of wine with a cheese platter, which was a lovely touch. The free breakfast the following morning was excellent, with a great variety of options. The staff were fantastic—polite, professional, and very attentive at all times. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Room was lovely, beds and chairs very comfortable. Service was a bit lacking. Room booked for 3 adults, but only set up for 2 in cups, glasses, slippers etc. Requested more from front desk when heading out, but not supplied. Had to request again from housekeeping. First day front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming. Bar staff equally aloof. Numerous emails from hotel asking for preference around room etc prior to stay, but they did not fulfil request.
