Excellent lunch specials, we had the spaghetti bolognaise and schnitzel burger, very good value, also the upper level dining area with the bar was something was quite unique and private, would recommend.

A great night all round. Dee is excellent. Only feedback is Canapes should have started coming out earlier, no need to wait for birthday man to arrive. People were hungry and then the public orders down stairs took precedence so we were delayed. People were surprised how good the food was!

Last Sunday I hosted 10 of my closest mates upstairs at the Cauliflower to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We booked the bottomless Mexican brunch. We absolutely loved it. The food was great, a really good amount and our dietaries were easily catered for. The bottomless drinks were obviously a winner. But the real MVP of the day Alice, who took the very best care of us during lunch. Nothing was too much, and her cocktail making skills are unmatched. We'd already had a killer weekend but bottomless brunch at the Cauli with Alice was the absolute cherry on top. Thanks team!

5 stars all the way... You come with your mates after hours or you come during daytime with your family... Hayden or Aiden (I hope I have the spelling right) will look after you. Third time at this venue on week ends and he was extending amazing hospitality. We will be back for a 4th time! 🤪

The food at The Cauliflower Hotel in Waterloo is an absolute delight! I tried a variety of dishes, and every bite was fantastic. The roast chicken with broccolini and potatoes was cooked to perfection, with the chicken tender and juicy, and the vegetables adding a fresh, vibrant touch. The nachos were a standout – loaded with toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños, every bite was bursting with flavour. The crispy battered fish and tacos were also hits, with each dish delivering on taste and presentation. The portion sizes were generous, and the balance of textures and flavours made for an enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're after pub classics or something with a bit of flair, The Cauliflower Hotel has it covered. Highly recommended!
