Pros: Overall, we found this cruise satisfactory! We felt the price was excellent for what we received. Dinner was delicious. We enjoyed the duration of the cruise as well. The staff took care of us and made sure we always had something to drink at dinner/throughout the cruise. Cons: Decent sized group (which we knew going into the cruise). If you are looking for something more intimate and private, this may not be the cruise for you. While we were able to find seating outside, not every seat had a cushion on the lower level. It’s basically first come first serve to the more comfortable seating areas. Our seating outside was not the most comfortable. But this was minor and that did not deter from the evening. To summarize, if you are looking for these things, then this is the cruise for you: a good meal; getting out on water to see highlights of Sydney Harbor; you don’t mind sharing this experience in a group setting; and you are looking for a reasonably priced cruise.
We went on the Lunch Cruise on Saturday 1st July. The cruise boat inside was very impressionable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I brought my 21 month old and he loved the boat cruise too.we went to celebrate my mum's birthday. The service was great. The food was delicious. Luckily the weather was great too. Thank you. We will definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends.
We had a phenomenal experience on their lunch cruise. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very engaging and accommodating. Each of them even asked to take photos for us at various times as we passed by the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The meal was delicious and the desserts didn’t last long! 😀 Highly recommend. Great experience.
We had one day in Sydney and a dinner cruise was top on my list. This dinner cruise is great to see some of the iconic sights of Sydney harbor. Cruised under the bridge and right past the opera house. The captain pointed out all the sights along the way. Bottomless champagne was nice. The service was good, food was amazing. We were lucky and got to watch a firework show from the ship, not a regular event. Made our last night in Australia perfect.
We had my all-inclusive dinner birthday cruise last night. It says 3 hours. Not true. By the time the boat docked, picked guests up and set off, it was 6.30pm. It came back into the harbour just before 9pm. So the cruise is actually 2.5 hours. The staff left our glasses empty without coming around to replenish our drinks although we have paid for a beverage inclusive package. Being birthday girl, I could not relax. I had to constantly get a wait staff's attention to make sure my friends are taken care off. Are they low on beverage stock or reserving the alcohol for their own consumption or for resale? It's a somewhat underwhelming experience. They have advertised an all-inclusive dinner cruise. Their beverage selections included base spirits which they did NOT offer or serve to us. When we requested for refills later on in the cruise, they said the bar was closed! Their head staff came around to get us off the boat immediately upon docking. We had on average less than half a bottle of alcohol per guest except for my 3 friends who were not big drinkers ie 1-2 glasses each. Don't invest in the extra $55/person for the all-inclusive beverage package as they will ignore serving you because you have already paid. In short, they under delivered. Didn't appreciate their parsimonious attitude and the impersonal and non-attentive service.
