Spanning 90 square meters, Beaumont House Room pays homage to the original site of Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Situated on level one of the hotel, this room features abundant natural light and an elegant private pre-function area. Ideal for registration, tea and coffee breaks, working-style buffet lunches, or pre-function cocktails, it offers a refined setting to enhance your event experience.

Spanning 264 square meters, these versatile rooms on level B1 offer delegates both flexibility and privacy. This self-contained private area can be divided into two rooms and features its own pre-function area, restrooms, and direct access from Castlereagh Street, ensuring convenience and comfort for your event.

Each Boardroom is equipped with a permanent boardroom table, private telephone rooms, and select rooms include private restroom facilities and separate kitchenettes, ensuring convenience and privacy for your meetings and events.

Boardroom 3 & Drawing Room are situated on Level 5, providing ample natural light and scenic views overlooking Hyde Park. Boardroom 3 is equipped with a permanent boardroom table, a private telephone, as well as its own restroom facility and a separate kitchenette.

Located in the CBD overlooking Hyde Park, Sydney Common is a restaurant and bar that offers multiple spaces and private areas for events. Whether that be lunches, dinners, cocktail parties, or private dining for corporate or personal events we can host from 8 to 300 guest. Semi-private areas of the restaurants can be hired for 20 to 50 guests, with a full restaurant take over at 140. A complete exclusive hire is up to 300 guests for drinks and canapés. Head Chef Jamie Robertson has designed a menu showcasing contemporary seasonal, ingredient focused woodfire cooking, with a uniquely Australian accent. Choose from a selection of shared, set or reduced a la carte menus, with wines to match which can be chosen by our in-house sommelier. A choice of packages or minimum spends are available.

The Private Room is a contemporary space that is secluded and offers total discretion for 16 guests, complete with a large built in TV screen for presentations.
