Beautiful place with a relaxing atmosphere. The fancy bartender was really welcoming and fantastic at making drinks. Might be the best Tommy's margarita I've ever had. Plus the chat was great.

Suarez served us in the bar.he was most knowledgeable and precise about the cocktails we were interested in and his friendly manner made the experience in your hotel really enjoyable. Suarez is an asset to Peppers, he is very personable and easy to communicate with. His manner is very professional and positive.

Just an overnight to see a film at the NFSA. Concierge and staff in general were great, room clean, large bathroom. We were however lucky to get a table in the dining area at 5.30pm without a booking - full at 6pm. But food came quickly and of a high quality. However the lighting in the rooms was poor (no bedside lamp) and I couldn't do my make up properly in the bathroom. The bed was so poor we rolled together in the middle all night. And only one available power point. Fortunately we had a power pack. With a plethora of hotels in Canberra, I think we'll stay somewhere else next time.

Came here for my partners birthday, which the staff had prepared nice surprises. I like where hot breakfast are made to order. One thing though, bathroom light is way too dark for make up appliances... However, overall very nice stay. Thank you 🥰
