Picture home away from home but BETTER. We stay here 3 to 4 times a year and the experience gets better and better. This weekend Annabel at reception went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. Annabel has been amazing and helpful. This time we were here for business and the experience was just as great as when we holiday here. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us again team Realm.

Had high tea only. Scones were dry and overcooked to the point they were crunchy. Cucumber sandwich lacked flavour. Sweets looked pretty but didn't appear to be fresh. Good selection of tea. Napolean tea was nice. Overall pretty disappointed with experience and ambience of location was too loud with a party occurring.

We stayed here after our wedding for a couple of nights- the staff were very friendly and the rooms were generally very clean. however we complained twice about our toilet running / leaking on the floor. Both times didn’t get fixed - totally understandable if it’s not something they can fix quickly - however they didn’t communicate with us or offer us to switch rooms etc. They also didn’t do the rose petals that we paid for (very important to us as it was our wedding weekend) until we asked them down at reception. Then we had to leave for a bit whilst they did it.

Our family trip to Canberra wouldn't have been the same without our stay at Hotel Realm! It was absolutely perfect for us with young kids. They had a blast splashing around in the heated pool and spa, and my husband and I enjoyed the steam room, and sauna. The buffet breakfast was average (but a win with the kids!), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The family room was amazing (2 bedrooms) - spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen had a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, which was frequently used! The bathroom was big too, and the kids loved the jetted bathtub. Parking was affordable at $15 a night, which is cheap coming from Sydney! Honestly, we couldn't find a single fault with Hotel Realm. It's luxurious yet surprisingly family-friendly and well-priced. We highly recommend it!

Room was spacious with comfy bed. The suite comes with a living room and a kitchenette. It has a washing machine and dryer combo which we didn’t use. The hotel’s pool is small, max 3 swimmers at the same time. The gym is adequate. Staffs are excellent, accomodating and efficient. It’s not exactly in the city centre, but 7min drive.
