The service at this hotel is as good as it gets . It starts with a genuine welcome at reception and continues through to the dining room where the manager does a superb job. Nothing is a problem and the food is very good too. Will be striping at hotel tell again very soon .

Was given a first floor room without being told there was an event on until 11.30pm right under our room. The music was so loud it felt as if we were at the party. Couple that with the noise from the bar outside our window; it’s safe to say we received no sleep that night. The staff were not interested in communicating this to us, nor helping. $300 for a room with no sleep & poor service - not worth it. Will not be staying or recommending this place again.

My partner and I are extremely happy with Hotel Realm's support and services of our wedding reception. Special thanks goes to their Weddings & Special Events Sales Executive, Amy, who was exceptional from start-to-finish; this was notable as she managed everything last minute when our original venue had to cancel due to storm damage a week before the event. Amy rose up to the situation and ensured every aspect of our reception went smoothly and to extraordinary quality - she will forever have our appreciation. Therefore, we highly recommend Hotel Realm for special events!

We had the family room (two king beds) and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of space, kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. Beds were super comfortable and the black-out curtains ensured a great sleep.

Fabulous hotel to stay in, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, very welcoming. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which was beautiful. The room and offerings in the room were first class. We would stay there again anytime.
