Location is good. Service is non-existent. I'm here all week on a conference, and my employer bought a cheaper package, but they didn't realise it doesn't include room service, which is fine. But I have used all of my cups and the 2 coffee pods and was forced to buy paper cups from the mini market around the corner and tea and coffee pods. They actually suggested that I was the cups IN THE BATHROOM SINK! Ever heard about hygiene, people? The moral of the story is, DON'T STAY HERE.

What a funky place to stay. I really enjoyed this motel. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant manager was very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location easy to access. Very clean and tidy and the rooms have a cosy feel about them. I'm going to make this my go to motel when in Canberra.

Stayed here for a single night for a work trip. Great location being next to ANU for work and also within a short walk to the city centre for meals. The room was spacious, comfortable and warm! Didn’t manage to try the bar or restaurant but both looked busy and popular. I’d definitely stay here again.

The Pepper's bar has the most amazing service. Happy hour every day from 4pm to 6pm is great value. $7 house beer and wine! You can order food from the restaurant when feeling peckish. We have made it our local.

Service was great however the rooms and breakfast let it down. Very limited breakfast options, tired rooms with worn furniture. Headrest peeling was not a good look. Most disappointing, our room type was overbooked so we were downgraded without notice, apology or compensation. Room was noisy with the neighbours comings and goings very audible.
