The staff make this hotel receive more stars than I might grant. They were friendly, helpful, attentive & happy to add a late check out. The breakfast was delicious & they made a nice cup of coffee. The rooms were a decent size, & clean. The lighting though really needs some additions. Both the bathroom & room were too dark and made it difficult to apply makeup. They hadn’t gone through the mini fridge as there was old medication still there. The hallways, window ledges & stairways have seen better days and need more attention. Like a basic dust & good clean. Even the stair railing was quite dusty. If they did this, it would lift the hotel. I would still consider staying again as the location is great, the room was quiet & clean, the bed was comfy but only with better lighting.

I cannot fault this hotel. My husband and I arrived after a long day's driving to be thoroughly welcomed by the front desk staff who were exceptionally helpful regarding car parking and other hotel services. Our room on the second floor ( there are 3 floors of accommodation) was AMAZING with huge king bed, separate bathroom wing, quality toiletries, and lovely furnishings including a comfy lounge. We dined in the on-site Italian Restaurant which was just like being in Rome with a great assortment of pastas and pizzas to choose from. Our linguine was the best đź‘Ś we have ever tasted, creamy but not too creamy with tasty mushrooms and basil pesto. The service in the restaurant was good - even though there were many people there we noticed and experienced prompt and efficient service. The hotel rooms are super quiet and the shower lovely & hot with a good water flow (which I like). To the management I wish you every success as the quality of service and accommodation you provide is exceptional.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very average. We were told it had views of a park, not quite sure where they were. Hot water was barely hot, fan in air con was so noisy and there was no spare toilet paper. Stayed for 3 nights and never saw house keeping once, they didn't see our room either, if you know what I mean.

Excellent venue for a group gathering. Top marks to Nadia, Sami & Saurav who all went out of their way to make our celebration and stay fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and accommodating from front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Highly recommend for a great stay. Central to everything you would want to do.

Pleasant stay with nice restaurant. Lovely comfy beds. Air conditioning was excessively noisy. Well located for walks and road trips. Additional charge for parking was a surprise. Overall very nice but rustic.
