The Grounds of Alexandria offers a stunning atmosphere with its lush gardens and themed decor, but Lavender Lane truly stands out. Walking through the beautifully blooming lavender was a peaceful and picturesque experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and despite being a bit busy, the charm of the place makes it perfect.

The place was absolutely packed!!! Talk about crowded! This said, the food was superb, the service average, and the ambience unreal. We had a great time there. The place seems to be an old factory that every few months gets "reimagined" into something spectacular. The day we had lunch it was "Lavender Lane", hence all the purple flowers. The drinks and desserts follow the theme. Definitely worth the visit. There is some parking there, but we walked the ten minutes from Green Square station.

The braised brisket tacos 🌮 were amazing here and I really enjoyed it. The chips were also well done accompanied with some good sauce. The battered fish was OK but I've had better elsewhere. The atmosphere here is unmatched elsewhere especially due to the location and the large crowds it attracts. Kevin Bacon (pig) used to be here years but now they have a goat 🐐. Definitely a must visit place in the inner west of Sydney. Regards @fooderarri

I love everything about this place. The food is always delicious, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is awesome! We had a small group for lunch, and the staff happily celebrated a birthday with us by singing and clapping. The amazing staff also treated the birthday boy to an introduction to their mascot- check the photos! The current circus theme set up is really great. So much to look at and experience. THE GROUNDS OF ALEXANDRIA just keeps getting better!

Every time I come to the grounds it’s beautiful. Can get quite busy and packed around lunch time but if you book in a breakfast spot it’s nice. The Turkish eggs at the cafe were so delicious, definitely recommend. Lavender lane was also one of the prettiest installations they’ve done so far!
