As soon as I walked in, I was surprised to see sheep there, but it was a pleasant surprise. Since it’s known for its photo spots, there were a lot of people, and the decorations were even better than I expected, which was satisfying. At the entrance, we were greeted by a female staff member who was a bit curt, but I didn’t want to dwell on it too much. The desserts looked amazing, but we were there to fill our stomachs first, so we ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, The Grounds Beef Burger, and a milkshake. The drinks came with eye-catching decorations, which made it fun, and they said we could take the cups home after finishing the drinks! The food tasted fine—nothing extraordinary but enjoyable. Since the theme changes seasonally, I think it’s a great place for people who love taking photos. (I visited on July 31st, but it seems like the theme has changed now, so keep that in mind.)

Great atmosphere and classy magical garden decor. It is definitely worthy of its reputation as an ideal place for social media photos. However the food and service were just OK. Decent size portions. We went when it was pretty busy, so it took a very long time to get our orders.

The most instagramable venue in the world, with an everchanging theme and quality props, I second that. Usually bustling and busy every time I come here, the food is moderately priced. I enjoy their desserts, though I wish some of their mains for the price they could review the quality. I like their creativity in the space. The seating in potting shed can be a little tight-knit. I usually get a parking spot at the rear of the venue, though I would book prior to coming, especially during holidays, special events, and the start of the new theme. You will also get to meet the grounds macaw mascot her name is Fluffy. 🦜

Don’t eat there just buy a coffee if you want to see the “lane”. Be warned it’s super busy so looks nothing like insta. Saw cake sitting there with the table ticket on it. Not hygienic. The place is visually very appealing unfortunately the food falls rather flat. The eggs are almost rock hard (no runny yolks here people). The corn and chickpea fritters on hummus are way too much chickpea they are just dry. The turkey bacon was cold and chewy. Unfortunately I feel the food doesn’t live anywhere up to the place or popularity. Staff are OK. Obviously busy but no one is smiling or seems happy. Not the friendliest. We did ask to give feedback directly but they said there is no way - clearly they are too popular for feedback. Could be so much more and I guess it once was but it’s running on social media fame now.

I’ve literally been here so many times; and it never disappoints me! the food, vibes and atmosphere is brilliantly perfect! I got to love the strawberry tart i had ordered, it was delicious and was a perfect sweet snack for my sweet tooth cravings! I also always love the installation here too; it’s always so pretty for photos! and i always end up with thousands of pictures!
