Amazing support service with my recent party upstairs. The food and meals were amazing and more than expected. The bar staff were great and positive with our guests. The upstair bathrooms could do with an update, but the venue was beautiful and everything was so easy when dealing with them. I would highly suggest your next party be held here in this beautiful venue.

Usually an avid bally pub goer but as of late the food must have changed hands.. the snittys were the best we've ever had and were forever recommending them! Came for dinner Sunday 4th May and the snitty has definitely changed. The quality was not as usual and was quite un enjoyable which was a let down as it is usually our favourite.. prices are also some of the higher priced meals lucky we receive a discount! Please bring back either the old cook or the previous standard of chicken for the snittys

A huge shout out to the team at Balgownie Hotel who went above and beyond to make my husbands 40th birthday celebration a fantastic day. Could not have been happier with the service, nothing was a problem, even when rain impacted our initial plan. Food was yummy and plentiful and everyone had a great time! Thanks again guys!
