I can't speak highly enough of the Servcorp team at Nexus Norwest. They are incredibly professional but also really friendly and provide the level of service we were hoping for. The communal area is always buzzing but at the same time you can always grab a spot to get some work done without distraction. We started utilising the services of Servcorp after moving out of offices we no longer needed on a permanent basis. Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
