We use them as a virtual office for our work from home company. The reception staff are very friendly. We are on the base deal with 3 hours a month board room time, 4 hours meeting room time, and 6 hours of hot desk/open lounge type area. There is a cafe on the first floor with good coffee and great food. I believe there are also conference rooms to rent. The views are great and the general vibe it's very professional and clean. Servcorp care for their customers and are one of the best virtual office companies I have been to.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
