Amazing location. We had beautiful views from our 6 story interconnecting rooms. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Rooms a little dated and bathroom door broken but overall nice. While the staff were all warm and friendly, it was obviously a short staffed long weekend and the hotel was at capacity. The queue for breakfast or reception desk was long. There was never any beach towels at the pool and not enough deck chairs (even though there was plenty of space for more). Our interconnecting door was locked on arrival (even though booking clearly stated they were interconnected). No one to help with luggage on arrival and departure. And the breakfast buffet was chaos! Not really good direction of flow so everyone wandering everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return preferably on a quieter weekend! Tips: There are tiny QR codes on the wall at the pool that you can use to get drinks delivered. Bring your own beach or pool towels!

This hotel is a great option The views and location are gorgeous but the common areas are not kept clean especially around the pool and stairwells to beach are dirty and have never been cleaned , the spa is not heated and the area to sit around pool is way too small for the size of the hotel with lots of wasted space on that level , the rooms are comfortable but bathroom is tiny , very difficult to have two people in it at once . The breakfast was excellent and staff on this area were fabulous. The hallways to rooms often had rubbish or cups or dirty crockery lying in the hallway for a few days at a time. I stayed earlier in Nov as well and noticed this then too , even after cleaners had been on the floor Overall a wonderful stay but we didn’t use pool area due to its downfalls

Very welcoming & accommodating Guest Service Staff, like exceptional. We were weary and they were lovely. Bartenders and Wait Staff all very friendly and proficient. Rooms are certainly acceptable, nothing too fancy but clean as a whistle. Location is triple A; just perfect. I would stay there again without a blink. Thank you in particular to the Guest Service folks-you made us feel at home.

The views? Absolutely stunning. The location? Perfect for embracing your ultimate oceanfront fantasy. The staff? Warm and welcoming. The details? Well… let’s just say they took a vacation of their own. Towels here must be on the endangered list—barely enough for two of three guests to dry off, assuming you’re fine with using threadbare relics that double as archaeological exhibits (complete with fashionable ventilation holes). And housekeeping? A mythical creature we had to coax out of hiding by late afternoon. But waking up to those breathtaking ocean views? It has an almost magical ability to smooth over the rough edges. I’ll be back for sure—but next time, I’m bringing my own towels and maybe a bit of patience.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, Chloe made us feel so welcome. She ensured that our check-in experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free, setting the tone for a great visit. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Chloe and the rest of the team for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
