I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Coogee. The oceanfront room offered a spectacular view; I could hear the waves and watch the sunrise from the comfort of my bed. Sitting on the balcony, soaking in the ocean view, was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind. The hotel’s dining options were great. They offer fresh dishes with plenty of healthy choices. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Ocean front room level 5 for 4 nights 👍 Friendly service from everyone within the hotel. 👍 Great view and spot in Coogee 👍 Didn't use the AC once due to a nice late October sea breeze👌 👍 Comfortable bed and pillows 👍 Balcony 👍 Good breakfast with many options. Have many gluten-free options. 👍 Great food from the bar or restaurant with many gluten-free options. There was a great understanding of food allergies. 👍 Walk a few meters and your on the beach plus best city walking trail in the world. 👍Able to do later checkout on this occasion. 👍 Bus stop nearby and will take you to Bondi Junction, city and airport to name a few. ❌️ Bathroom small. ❌️ Only local TV channels. Definitely will be staying here whenever I am in Sydney from now on.

The bathroom wins the gong for the smallest. Heated pool & spa? No such thing. Security unlike other hotels very bad as you can simply walk into the hotel & take the lift to any floor including the pool area. Sorry for the bad report, but, these are the honest facts. Please check all reviews before staying at this dinosaur. Thank you.

My family and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 8 nights, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. One staff member, in particular, stood out, Adam. His friendly, attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay even more enjoyable. He provided a level of service that exceeded all expectations. We were also impressed by his colleagues, especially a lovely young woman from the Netherlands, who, along with the rest of the team, was always accommodating and sweet whenever we had any requests. The bartenders, housekeeping staff, and everyone else we encountered were exceptional throughout our stay. We dined at the restaurant several nights, and the food was outstanding. The cocktails were excellent, and the bartenders were always friendly and smiling, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, and while the rooms were spacious and clean, they could benefit from a slight upgrade. Nonetheless, they were comfortable and provided everything we needed for a great stay. We highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for its location, superb service, and value for money. It was worth every penny, and we are incredibly grateful to the staff for making our vacation so special. We look forward to returning soon!
