I would like to give a massive shout out to Taylor Hind and all her crew for the amazing meal that my family enjoyed on Christmas Day 2023. The food was delicious and the service was great. The cold food was cold (loved the salads) and the vegetables and meats were warm when served. This is our 3rd year doing this for Christmas and it seems to get better every year. Keep up the great work!!!!!! and thank you for giving up your Christmas with your families to look after us!!!

Just a heads up anyone staying here after a very long day and very dehydrated. I tried to get a bottle of water from reception and was told you don’t get a welcome package with a drink when you book online and when I asked if I could buy one, I was still told no I was unable to even buy a bottle of water and was directed to the pub or the bottle shop to buy some water, will not be staying here again. We found the best meals at the pub was the pasta, salmon although very small, and the pre- cooked breakfast. We found the rooms to be quite okay and the cleaning staff very friendly.

Bar service was rude, took forever for our meals to arrive. Chips were cold, lady delivering meals was short with us. Just not a good vibe. Bad feels and $12.80 for a ginger beer is a bit rich. I think there was more ice than drink. Won’t be returning.

Rooms for the motel seem run down and aged. Bistro is decent food however there have been multiple times I have attended for a standard meal and waited over an hour. Community atmosphere is very nice though.

a true example of excellent hospitality. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Dubbo & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful service. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. Highly recommend this motel!
