Just went to the pub. Fantastic staff, cold drinks, lots of TV screens with sport etc.. Food was absolutely great, and food prices are reasonable. Those chicken wings really hit the spot (both flavours done the job).
Great place to stay anytime of the week . Rooms clean and comfortable. Meals great options and value. Beers cold and fresh. Reception welcoming and professional. I use the disabled room which is great very well designed
Came up from Sydney and stayed here. Service was top notch. Room was clean and true to description. We also got breakfast included with booking and 4 free drinks at the pub. Pub food was also amazing. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff
This motel is really expensive considering the amenities provided, for example: having to request tissues in the room, housekeeping provided only fresh towels and did not make the beds, the room was dusty and the shower leaded onto the bathroom floor. The towels were stained and so was some of the bed linen, there were spiders on the beds. The shower was not clean where you place your soaps and shower products. Upon arrival there were filthy wine glasses that has not been cleaned from previous users. The pricing fluctuates significantly more so than prices of hotels in Sydney and Canberra. The management were unwilling to match prices that were provided by external third party companies which direct family members paid. Meaning there was a pricing difference of $150 for two nights for the exact same room. We paid almost $600 for two nights while other family paid closer to $450 for the same room and same nights.
Great location and great staff. Sorry thought this was added.... The Pub/Inn Well what an experience. All staff were really lovely. Special mention to Michelle (hope thats her name-had red braided hair) she was so helpful and attentive, thanks for taking your time explaining the Pub+ to us) The loaded Chicken Schnitty- I am a chicken schnitty aficiando and my mind was blown! $30 for the best loaded chicky avo schnitty ever. Breakfast Great selection of items. Cold side- 4 different cereals, peaches, yoghurt and i think a berry compote? Orange juice, Apple juice and iced water. Hot side- scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and hash browns. White and multigrain bread for toasting. Great selection of spreads. Selection of teas and coffee. Walk to shopping centre, ten pin bowling alley and Japanese Gardens. Good location.
