Came for dinner in the Taproom on Good Friday night. Great food, particularly the fish and chips. Service was quick. Little bit loud atmosphere, but you'd expect this at a lively venue like the New Brighton.

Such a perfect venue for my birthday party! The area was perfect inside and out and the perfect size. Henry and the staff were fabulous, they incredibly helpful and fun. I have had so many people come to me since the party , complimenting on what an amazing venue it was. I could not fault a thing!

A very funny exchange with the bar staff when ordering one dozen oysters, to be told they only sold them by half dozen! Yep, I’ll order 2 half dozen serves then 🤷♂️. 12 oysters arrived, phew 😉 The seafood basket included fried & non fried tasty options and for me, the big winner was no chips. The lack of a side plate for shells, made for tricky eating at the narrow window bar. Great spot for people watching on a sunny arvo.

Great service with a super friendly team of staff. Wide variations for offers running through the week for food. Very well priced for the quality of food. The balcony and rooftop offer excellent spots to enjoy a spring or summer afternoon.
