I just hosted my 21st birthday here and it was phenomenal! The staff were amazing and accommodated every single request (even to the point of making special arrangements for someone who hadn’t submitted their dietary needs). We booked out the rooftop bar and had our own private space - such reasonable prices for what you receive. Bar staff were excellent and engaging with everyone, making the whole experience enjoyable. The events manager facilitated everything to perfection and it was all organised for the day, making it super smooth and easy. Honestly 100/10, venue, service, atmosphere. Could not recommend anywhere else to host your event - it was the most perfect day!

Unbelievable !! We wait for our fish and chips for 55 min and we have to go twice to check on it . Let me just remind you it was only Tuesday evening around 6 pm , the place wasn’t busy at all. Finally, the manager brought us dinner and we tried to explained our situation and she said she wasn't aware about it and will go and check with the kitchen. Not sure how you can be not aware if we check twice on our food , is that your staff not communicating with managers or chefs? Well, and the worst thing manager she never come back to us and never explained or apologise for our poor experience . Not recommend this place at all.

I barely leave negative comments, but this time I think I need to. We have waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes till we got the food which is a bit too much. We had asked staff about the food and they told us we were next in line. I saw waiters bringing food to other tables… I would come back for a beer(if other pubs are closed), but not for food. UPDATE: Now the waiter told us they they lost our order…That happens, but do not tell customers they their order is next in line. UPDATE 2: this is what they brought as kids burger. In the end we got a refund for the meal.

Roof top function room a fantastic vibe for a party. Great indoor and outdoor area and your bar is right there. Staff friendly and helpful. The function team helped arrange a great evening. Our guests were thrilled. Food options were fantastic.
