The first time we had stayed at The Ranch Hotel it was amazing that’s why family and I had booked in again. This time I was very disappointed with the whole experience, the room we stayed in hadn’t been cleaned had dirty dishes, old food left in the fridge from previous occupants no toilet paper. Then to make matters worse while our stay a person had been given the same room and key to enter thankfully we were in the room at the time. Went to the bistro and was also very disappointed when my steak that I paid good money for came out cold nothing on the plate was even warm, this did not only happen to myself but my family members as well, when I went up to the worker and told her she was very rude. I can honestly say I will not ever recommend this place again to family members and friends.

There's a new app called pub+, scan your card in the app and receive points and some discounts. They always have a beer of the month that's at very reasonable prices. The staff are extremely friendly and very obliging. My favourite place to get a drink and something to eat.

Went for weekend dinner. Its a great place for family or if you are going in a group. Booking is easy and service was great. But foods were mediocre. If they could improved on their foods this place would be perfect.

Bad service. I don’t think the girls are happy to serve us. Waited 20 minutes for our additional order, to find out it’s been ready and just sitting there at counter. Asked for a takeaway container and for some reason it never came. My daughter has to approach a staff near the kitchen who is busy with her phone. Never coming back!.
