There are a steps involved in booking an event at The Ranch and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you. Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your: - Event type - Number of people attending - Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible) - Budget (per person or total) - Room layout - Food and beverage / catering requirements - Any other requirements Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at The Ranch to check: 1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times? 2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements? This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible. If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with The Ranch to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so). VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by The Ranch if you book via us.

Just spent a lovely afternoon at The Ranch. 4 mums keeping 5 young kids occupied while the dads watched the UFC for 5 hours. The staff were attentive and made it so easy. Live music was so nice -not too loud and the face painting was amazing! The kids areas while small kept the kids occupied for hours and the board games are a nice touch too. Kids items on the menu were well thought out. Overall what could have been a tough afternoon for the mums was manageable and pleasant!

A reliable place to get together and eat a meal in comfort. Has a decent games area for the kids, always plenty of seating and decent outdoor area.
Food is not going to blow your socks off, but it’s nothing to complain about either.
Easy to get to location but parking can be tight at times.

Have been here a couple of times for dinners and most recently the Christmas day buffet and the staff are very good. The food is alright, it somewhat fluctuates between each visit, often good and unfortunately sometimes poor. Very much enjoyed the Christmas day buffet with lovely staff.

Great place.
We come here every Wednesday evening for trivia. It is always heaps of fun and the trivia questions are always very inclusive. They are general knowledge and everybody in the team always knows several answers.
They also did a great Christmas trivia. The managers clearly put a lot of effort into organising the event. Thanks for a great time.
