We have been a Servcorp North Sydney client for several years and are currently on the platinum virtual client package. We cannot fault this location for their incredible service over the years. The offices are in a great location, right on top of North Sydney station so very easy to get to from the North or from the city. The office has 360 degrees views of the city, Western and Northern Suburbs. The office is well presented with high quality fittings, art work and plants in every room, and a nice vibe in their reception area. The staff are what make this an exceptional office. They are all very friendly and have a range of experience across their team. They present themselves very well and are always dressed in smart corporate attire - which makes a difference to the perception of visiting clients. They have day suites, meeting rooms, a lovely large board room, toilets, change room and showers, bike storage facilities, kitchen with coffee machine and microwave, and a fridge. They also keep a fully stocked fridge with soft drink, alcohol and snacks if you forget to bring your lunch. We recommend this location as the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Prior to changing from our own office to employees working from home scenario, the issue of existing phone lines and reception and mail services was quickly encountered as a problem, while attempting to maintain professional corporate customer service. We reviewed the services supplied in North Sydney and settled on Servcorp. Our organisation has been with Servcorp now for many years and have found all staff who we have encountered, very professional, friendly and courteous. The facilities are excellent and the ability to be able to work from any Servcorp office around the world is outstanding. We have nothing but praise for the organisation.

After many years I have had enough. Disempowered local staff, out of date product. Every annual contract review is a fight. So many extras are charged for..I even got charged once to use the tv in the boardroom. Quite ridiculous. They have great locations but are let down by the way they manage their clients. North Sydney is half empty and the environment is terrible. Staff turnover is high. The cost and aggravation exceeds the benefit. Steer clear.
