Last year when our business moved locations after being in the same CBD office for decades, we had the pleasure of moving to this exceptional co-working space and I cannot recommend it enough. The easy access to public transport was a huge plus for staff from across the Sydney area. The warm atmosphere creates a comfortable and productive environment. The reception staff are outstanding, always friendly and ready to assist with any of our needs. The amenities provided, from reliable internet to well-equipped meeting rooms, were top-notch. My team and I have been in this co-working space for about six months now across a private office and allocated desks. We have been pleasantly surprised with how we have been able to use a co-working space having come from a traditional office. The facilities are great and the support team (Cynthia, Christabel, Teah and Jorja) have been excellent in both work related and personal assistance offered.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
