Absolutely loved our dining experience at Pasta Rosa! We had a great variety of entrées — fritto misto with amazing jalapeno aeoli, arancini, polpette, and bruschetta — all delicious and beautifully presented. That jalapeno aeoli was spot on! The mains were equally impressive, especially the squid ink crab linguini, wagyu cotoletta. Carbonara was everyone’s favourite in our table. Dessert was the perfect finale with the pistachio tiramisu and Basque cheesecake. Delicious! The ambience was lovely and intimate — just perfect to celebrate our special family moment. The service was also exceptional — so welcoming, attentive, and made our night extra special. Highly recommended 💕

Had an excellent dinner at Pasta Rosa. We ordered Lasagne, Linguine with Clams, Squid Ink Linguine with Crab, Lamb Ragu, and Mushroom Risotto – every dish was flavorful and really well prepared. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, perfect for a nice night out. Service was fast and smooth, with staff who were both professional and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. The star of the night was the Pistachio Tiramisu, rich, balanced, and absolutely unforgettable. Overall, a very satisfying meal. Definitely one of the best Italian spots I’ve been to, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

I went here for lunch with my friend! The interior was so cute, the atmosphere was great, and everything was super clean. The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed chatting with them. The pasta and gnocchi were both absolutely delicious! I had such a wonderful time here. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely come back 💗

Had dinner at Pasta Rosa in Pyrmont with my family visiting from Japan, and it turned into such a memorable meal. The handmade pasta was excellent — cooked al dente with rich, balanced sauces — and the beer was cold and refreshing. The restaurant had a cozy, local feel with warm lighting and kind staff who made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to enjoy good Italian food and family time during our trip. Highly recommend Pasta Rosa for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly Italian spot in Sydney.

We had heard good things about this restaurant in Pyrmont and had to give it a try tonight. Not disappointed as the service, food and setting was outstanding. We were attended regularly and the food was generous and flavoursome. We had 2 starters a pasta and 2 mains that we shared. Arancini balls and carpaccio were great starters, the crab linguine excellent. Mains were the 250g steak and the salmon, both were cooked to perfection. We could hardly fit dessert but tried the tiramisu and the cheesecake anyway. Can’t fault this restaurant, you can see they care.
