Stay away from their customer service job role if you are well educated, cultured and intelligent young people. Their head of operation, HR manager Samantha and CS supervisors are arbitrary, rude, ignoring staff's good intention, showing no respect to staff, and having different standards to treat staff, for example, you report some issue out of good intention to their CS supervisor Kim in person, her instant response is not to help solve and think about the solution, but can just say 'you can decline your shift', and she can waste your time by talking to other "white" staff and keeping you waiting, time is wasted by her, but she will transfer the wasted time to your duty and revise your working time by deducting, and they take it for granted. They seem value and care about their staff, but actually they are always to beware of and not trust their staff, such as Kim will go check with her boss quietly whether the staff is telling lie, making her boss feel she is RESPONSIBLE, which seems her primary focus. When they assign staff's work on racing day, sometimes their another supervisor Yusuf, who is obviously from an underdeveloped country from his manner, will keep you waiting long time even later than your start time, the reason he gave is to wait all the not yet arrived staff working in the same location gathering together, in this case it is ok to be late to be present in the working site, but if you show up little late due to sudden urgent issue but with good intention, and some waiting time being wasted by them, they will deduct your time. Some staff got punishment and some not if showing up little late on sites even if you work for the same department, depending on your luck and their own standard, what QUALIFIED supervisors!!! What a double standard!!! not capable and professional at all (The ATC should really feel pleasure to hire such EXCELLENT supervisors as a WORLD CLASS racecourse!! Really broaden my horizon!!) Their head of operation Tim also give subjective and arbitrary judgment, often yelling at staff, treating staff like he is the emperor (what a WONDERFUL leadership!! make me feel I live in an uncivilized country), messy management, low level and unhappy working environment. Now I understand why their CS turnover rate is so high, only low educated and jobless elders are still there.
