Staying at The Robertson Hotel was like stepping back in time, in the best possible way. This beautiful vintage hotel is a hidden gem, filled with old-world charm and character. The crackling wood fireplaces and beautifully curated antique furniture create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. Every corner is thoughtfully adorned with stunning flower vases, adding a fresh, vibrant touch to the classic decor. The rooms are cozy yet sophisticated, and the food is delicious, perfectly complementing the hotel’s timeless appeal. It’s a truly memorable escape where history and comfort meet.

Our wedding at The Robertson Hotel was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning venue, the incredible food, and the attentive staff who made sure every detail was perfect. The Robertson Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our surprise wedding, with its beautiful surroundings and charming ambiance that made the day feel truly magical. The food was nothing short of spectacular! Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with our guests raving about each bite. The culinary team at The Robertson Hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and the menu was a highlight of the celebration. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel incredibly special. We also owe a huge thank you to Rebecca, our wedding coordinator, who was a true star. She took care of every detail with such grace and professionalism, making sure that everything was seamless and allowing us to fully enjoy our day. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Robertson Hotel, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day unforgettable!

If you enjoy being swelteringly overheated then this is the place for you. No air-conditioning, not even a fan downstairs, just 1 fan in an upstairs 2 bedroom suite! No heating in the suites either. Absolutely cannot recommend. Lovely destination and lovely staff tho.

The location and history of the building is beautiful. The basics are subpar at best. - 2 cockroaches spotted in our hotel room during the day. If you're seeing them daytime that's a really bad sign. - no working showers. They are having issues with cold water supply. I haven't been able to have a proper shower my whole visit. The shower I had turned off half way through leaving me awkwardly sitting around covered in soap. - the person who manages front desk was very cold. Didn't offer to help with bags. Talked to us like we were a stress & inconvenience for arriving 10 mins before check in time. First impression is everything. - hotels very hot. Some rooms don't have fans. Some rooms didn't have towels. - staff could verbally be heard complaining about guests whilst we were here. - food is fine but better off eating in town. - lighting in apartment is flashing flickering significantly - shower makes strange noise when not in use. The location and building itself is absolutely beautiful.

Great service and fantastic dinner. Room was comfortable although could have been a little bit cleaner and we had a dripping gutter and a birds nest outside the room window. Quiet location and a lovely stay.
