Fine for an airport hotel with well-appointed rooms with cooking and laundry appliances. Comfortable bed and plenty of space to stretch out, this was a welcomed break on a long road trip to wash clothes and have a session in the gym & swim. Unfortunately, the room I had was on the airport side of the hotel and looked onto the building opposite. The railway line that's used by goods trains was visible from the balcony, and it felt like a mild earthquake when trains went past. These are goods trains not passenger trains, so each one can take a long time to pass. I strongly advise NOT TO ACCEPT rooms on this side of the building and instead be located on the same side as the main entrance and carpark. The view is terrible, and the noise is even worse. Soundproofing is very poor for an airport hotel. Noise from planes taking off and the goods trains going past is pretty loud in the rooms. It is probably better on the other side of the building, but is not up to the same standard of other hotels I often stay at nearby. Definitely not an "upscale" experience if you value quietness and a restful sleep. Good value if you get a cheap rate, don't expect quietness, and need the facilities on offer. Otherwise, one of the better quality hotels located closer to Mascot Station is a better choice for a relaxing visit and a restful sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. We had a good nights sleep and while the beds were a little firm they were not too firm for us. Location wise it is great - super close to the airport and easy to get into the city too. An Uber to central station was about $16. There are also a few good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The only downside of the location is that from fairly early in the morning you can hear the planes taking off. This wasn’t a big deal for us but if you like to sleep in this might impact you. Staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a good stay.

This was such a treat before we went on our holiday. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and will be back

Wow this place really exceeded our expectations. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, well designed and maintained. The staff are friendly and well trained, and the food from Nate’s restaurant was tasty! Even though you are very close to the airport, you cannot hear anything! We will definitely be staying here again, and I give it my highest recommendation!

Booked a room for one night to connect flights. Nice big extended stay room with kitchen, good if you're up before breakfast. You will hear planes taking off and trains, not super sound insulated as with some other airport hotels. Shuttle was hard to figure out - take an uber, same price. Near shops and casual food. All-in-all a good choice for a layover.
