A good stay overall, during the busy mid January time. A few oddities with checkin and room servicing. Quite limited meal options at the hotel but adjacent to restaurant precinct with plenty of options. 150m walk to the patrolled beach but the pool is the centre of this resort. Nice pool area but very popular and hard to find a shaded spot after 10am. Would be much nicer out of high season.

I recently stayed at Peppers Salt Beach Resort for two nights during a business trip, and while it was satisfactory overall, there were a few notable downsides. Firstly, the positives: the parking was convenient, which made coming and going hassle-free, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. These two factors were my main priorities, and they were delivered. However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The tap in my room was leaking, and despite reporting it, no one came to address the issue. My room was also quite far from the main amenities like the pool, which made accessing them inconvenient. Speaking of the pool, the bar closes far too early, which was disappointing. To top it off, the restaurant appeared closed for dinner during my stay, which left me scrambling for dining options. While the essentials were covered, these service and amenity issues make me hesitant to recommend the resort for anything other than a short, utilitarian stay. With some improvements to responsiveness and amenity access, this could be a much better experience.

Option for dual rooms so kids could have their own space, great kid friendly pools, reception and bar area well looked after. Hotel is in a great location with multiple restaurants on its door step. Beach just a short walk away if you want some waves.

We have stayed at peppers before but are regulars at mantra next door. We decided to grab a few extra days to increase our stay so peppers had last minute rooms available for 3 days. We had a lovely suite with direct pool view and surrounded by a nice tropical garden with big balcony . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom huge as well as a nice lounge and dining area, the kitchen had full size fridge freezer and large fully equipped kitchen loved the layout and in section 6 of the Hotel it had easy access to the tropical pool and spa also easy walk to all other facilities room was serviced daily and the staff were all very friendly and helpful also dinner and daily buffet breakfast at season restaurant was beautiful as usual with good selection of food. We loved our extra days at Peppers and will be back .

A week away via car. Arrival was warm and friendly, the resort overall was very appealing to the eye and room was a delight. I cannot fault the resort nor staff at all but rather compliment the experience, the hotel and the staff for an amazing quality week!
