We arrived early morning and the manager on duty took great care of us, let us use a room to work in for an hour or so, took care of our bags until we could check in later that day. The room was great, bed was extremely comfortable, location was beautifully central for dining, train stations, etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed with my small family & kids love the spacious room. Just quite far from walkable area like Chinatown. But our trip is fun!

Excellent location but bathroom tiles had mouldy grout. The bath could not be used as the pressure of the water pushed down the plug and emptied it. The cleaners did come and clean the bathroom when we complained and we were offered another room. Location did make up for it so probably would stay again.

Not recommended for a family - Following a recent trip in an Accor Group Hotel, we booked Mantra Kent expecting the same level of service. The apartment does not allow for you to cook (no basic essentials, oil, salt pepper, paper towel). Sponges are cut to give you quarter of one to use for your stay and soap is provided in sample format. Cutlery is down to the number of person staying to ensure you don't leave with it. Beds are very basic and wiggly, felt every move of the other person in bed. The duvet was stained and we kept on finding hairs that was none of ours. The little bins had not been emptied once for the whole time we stayed.

Awesome stay, great location. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing we would say is that the apartments really need a small dining table and some outside furniture.
