We had a lovely one night stay in this hotel on the weekend .. staff were amazing as I foolishly booked the wrong weekend.. the manager rang head office to move the funds from the wrong weekend to the current night of stay .. even though it was in the no refund period for the hotels policy . The 1 bed studio was well appointed and very nicely decorated, top quality bathroom hand and body wash .. and really comfy bed Thank you to the staff 😊

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The unit was spacious, clean and had all amenities (washer, dryer, microwave, oven, fully furnished etc). The breakfast was buffet style and although there wasn't a huge choice, it was fresh and more than enough. They understood my dietary needs (gluten-free) and I wasn't made to feel like a burden. It would have been nice to have more than 1 barista coffee though. We'll be back, for sure.

Rooms are old and badly needs refurbishing. Service is non existent, some of the staff are not very happy to be working there and talks to you in a condescending manner. Breakfast is the worst ever from any of the Accor properties I've ever stayed! Same pathetic stuff were served throughout the week, only a single cup of coffee allowed, no tables set, Cutlery are just a bunch of mismatched thin pieces of metals which is somewhat like disposable cutlery. I'm a platinum member, and have stated in many Accor properties so far.

Great little apartment in an awesome location. Everything was perfect except for an uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Close to walk to QVB and Darling Harbour and close to the light rail and metro. Would have loved a pool but other than that it was great.
