Great central city location 5-10 minute walk from Darling Harbour. Apartment rooms are clean and spacious. Some window fixtures and doors need to be repaired. Customer service at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and professional. Front reception staff could be more welcoming especially for first time guests. Would recommend for a mini staycation or overnight stay to couples, young families and small groups.

Not the usual service experience I’ve had from Mantra in the past. The location is what makes this hotel ideal. It is lovely and quiet in the rooms and room I had was a great size so I felt right at home and comfortable to be able to work from too. The downsides are the parking costs aren’t clearly explained before booking and there is no onsite restaurant for dinner as it’s only open for breakfast.

The location here is great. Long stay carparking is right next door. That was great for us. It was a little hard to find in the dark just because the front signage was not lit up. Our room, executive suite was lovely and spacious and extremely well equipped with oven, hotplate, full size fridge and bar fridge too. The bathroom was beautiful with some luxious soap washes and hair care products, I could have left my products at home. Set at the far end of the unit for more privacy. A washer and dryer was a nice surprise and would be very convenient if you were staying a few days. Full size wardrobes. Tatiana was lovely and helped me with some more coffee as I had left mine at home! My only criticism would be that the room was very cold. The aircon did not seem to work, the temperature inside was very uncomfortable however our beds were warm, so we just snuggled up early in the night to stay warm. No media streaming available, just normal TV channels. When I first phoned to enquire Gerome was very friendly and helped me with the questions I was asking relating to our trip. Thank you.

Surprised by how unwelcoming the staff were when I first got there. The man behind the counter spoke to me like I was an inconvenience to his evening - First impression wasn't great - he didn't even explain how to get to my room. However, the location of the hotel was great! Breakfast was delicious! Room was FREEZING when I arrived by after an hr with the central heating on, it came good.

Stayed here for a business trip as I wanted to opt for self-catering. The place is pretty dated and in need of a facelift. My only real interaction with the staff was at check in/out, and when I enquired as to why my room hadn’t been cleaned for 2 days. Despite having my door sign hung outside, I got told that maybe housekeeping hadn’t been to my floor…. Why have the signs then??? I didn’t get my room cleaned, only an offer of clean towels. On a positive note, the location of this place is great. Right near Town Hall, Darling Harbour, and Barangaroo. The room was very clean but the pillows were awful. All up, I’d say this venue is “Ok” but I probably won’t stay here again with better options available in Sydney.
