Arriving promptly from our Manila flight, we were warmly welcomed by Samuel at the concierge. He promptly assisted us in securing our room. Inquiring about an early check-in, we were delighted that Samuel not only accommodated our request but also provided us with a complimentary upgrade. This proved to be a wise decision as we were in dire need of rest after the lengthy flight. The room, overall, exceeded our expectations – it was impeccably clean, generously spacious, and remarkably comfortable. The plush bed and pillows made for an easy and rejuvenating snooze. Conveniently situated just a few steps from Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge, the hotel offered easy access to iconic landmarks. Moreover, the vicinity teemed with a diverse array of restaurants, presenting us with ample opportunities to explore and indulge in various culinary delights. Oh, by the way the buffet breakfast is excellent.

First time went to Sydney with my wife during major event (Taylor Swift Concert) and this hotel gave us the best experience. Very warm welcome from the concierge team. Kind staff also can make good personal connections with the guests. Fast response regarding additional request, such as early check in, water bottles for the room, in room dining service, even transport arrangement to airport. The location is very strategic: near tourist area: good food, variety of shopping center, and easy access public transports. Great opera house view from our room. The building also has very magnificent classic architecture. As an Ambassador member, I dare say this is one of the best hotels in Sydney.

The staff are superb here, especially Isobella that graciously helped out multiple times when my international flight was cancelled last minute. All staff were helpful and the room’s view was beautiful. Overall, this is a top notch hotel in a fantastic location. The primary negative was the Aster - the music was too loud and the minimum purchase fee is annoying given that we are already paying for the right to stay at the hotel.

This was our second week-long stay at this hotel, and we loved everything about it, including the renovated rooms and the improved breakfast layout and offerings (I particularly loved the abundant fresh cut fruit and the smoked salmon). The Circular Quay location is perfect, and I recommend the Botanical Gardens view because it's expansive and essentially building-free. What stood out most for us on this visit was the incredible staff. Diego gave us such a warm and friendly welcome when we checked in, and that set the stage for a great stay. Housekeeping was awesome, and super efficient. Everyone was literally all smiles, and if we ever paused for a moment in the lobby, someone was quickly asking us if we needed anything. We'll be reminiscing about this hotel for a long time to come, I'm sure.

This hotel in Sydney is in a very good location walkable to about all the sights seeing locations in the centre. The bed was cozy and the room pretty clean. Breakfast on the upper roof with a view of the opera was fantastic. We had an amazing 5 days here and it’s one of the best choice we made. Definitely recommend!
