Staff were friendly, polite, attentive and very helpful. Room was well presented, clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great view of Darlinghurst and the harbour. Pool and Spa facilities are great, sitting in the spa at 10:30pm looking at the city lights was a treat. Hotel location is perfect, on the boundary of the CBD and eastern suburbs, close to Cafe's, restaurant's, night clubs, Hyde Park, Museum, Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens, City Centre, etc. We spent a day exploring the back streets of Darlinghurst and Oxford St, lots of boutique shops, old terrace houses, old and new architecture, street art, history, coffee, food, and the vibrant Sydney LGBTQI+ culture. The All Accor+ benefits were lovely (thank you). The room service menu was good. We felt the restaurant and bar were lacking in atmosphere, but the food, drinks and service were good. During our stay we visited Mee-So Restaurant at the Ibis Hotel, only 5 minutes walk away. And Bar Tilda at the Sofitel Wentworth, only 15 minutes walk away.

I recently stayed at the Pullman on Hyde Park in Sydney and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in such a perfect location overlooking Hyde Park. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel so welcomed. The staff member who checked me in (she mentioned she was still in training) was absolutely brilliant — incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She set the tone for a great stay. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The only minor issue was that the bathtub tap wasn’t working properly, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the room. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. The warm service and beautiful location really made it special. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to shops, museums & galleries. View of Hyde Park from our room was gorgeous. Pool, spa and sauna were more than enough for a short stay with beautiful views from the rooftop. Breakfast was a small but decent variety. Lolly cart in lobby was a hit for young and old. Happy Hour in the lobby bar was intimate but fun too. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay!

This was our family's first visit to Australia, and we were pleased to have chosen a hotel in a central location, which greatly facilitated our explorations given that we didn't have a car. The staff's friendly demeanor added to our overall experience. We appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to various attractions, including the Sealife aquarium. However, the hotel itself didn't quite meet our expectations, particularly considering the Pullman brand's reputation for luxury. Instead, it seemed to offer budget-friendly amenities at a mid-range price point. The room's quality was reminiscent of a Premier Inn in London, albeit without the breakfast or dinner option. We were also somewhat disappointed with our stay, as we had anticipated more modern amenities. On the plus side, the hotel's location is a significant advantage. One minor drawback was that only two out of the three elevators were operational during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Sydney CBD. Valentine was especially helpful during check-in, providing warm, professional service and making us feel very welcome. The whole team was friendly, and check-out was quick and smooth. It was truly a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
